Making pasta

We are our ’belly’.

That is what we would probably say if we are asked to describe ourselves.
The belly is the physical seat of our emotions.
It has always shown us the way to follow, even when we decided to cook for a living.

We grew up in Sicily and lived in Tuscany, where working as private chefs,
we catered for dinner parties and delivered cooking classes
for families and large groups coming from UK.
This experience, combined with a great determination and
passion for food and cooking, drew us to London.

Cooking is a reflection of our cultural identity.
It tells the story of a country.
Italy has more than just one story to tell.
And for sure…it’s not only the Bolognese one we want you to hear from us.
